Terms and Conditions (T&C) for services provided by Hollywood Lowrider Tours. By booking or participating in a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HOLLYWOOD LOWRIDER TOURS – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance of Terms. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.
Services and Vehicle Capacity.
The Company provides private chauffeured tours in custom lowrider vehicles. Vehicle capacity is strictly limited to a maximum of [4] passengers per car. This limit includes all adults and children.
Booking and Payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All pricing is final, subject only to correction of manifest error.
Client Cancellations and Refunds.
Company Cancellations. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or other safety concerns. If the Company cancels, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule. The Company is not liable for any third-party expenses (e.g., hotel or travel costs) incurred by the Client due to a cancellation.
Safety and Client Conduct.
Limitation of Liability and Risk. The Client acknowledges that travel in vintage, modified vehicles involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour. The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by events beyond its control (Force Majeure). The Company's maximum liability for any damages related to the tour will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the booking.
