Terms and Conditions

 Client Cancellations and Refunds.

• Full Refund: Available only if the cancellation is received by the Company more than [X] hours/days prior to the scheduled tour start time.
• No Refund: Cancellations received less than [Y] hours prior to the tour start time, or client "No-Shows," will result in the forfeiture of the full tour price.

Company Cancellations. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or other safety concerns. If the Company cancels, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule. The Company is not liable for any third-party expenses (e.g., hotel or travel costs) incurred by the Client due to a cancellation.

Safety and Client Conduct.

• Children and Safety Seats: Due to the nature of the vintage vehicles, we cannot accommodate child car seats or booster seats. Children requiring such seats under California law are not permitted on the tour.
• Conduct: Clients must follow all instructions given by the driver/guide. The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour immediately for any client engaging in abusive, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior, with no refund provided.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking (including vaping) and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle’s custom interior or exterior.
• Movement: Clients must remain seated with all body parts inside the vehicle while it is in motion.

Limitation of Liability and Risk. The Client acknowledges that travel in vintage, modified vehicles involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour. The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by events beyond its control (Force Majeure). The Company's maximum liability for any damages related to the tour will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the booking.
